12-week 1-on-1 program “Hormones in Balance”

The course includes:

  • Comprehensive intake interview (120 minutes, live or online)
  • Personalized treatment plan with advice on stress, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, sleep and supplementation
  • Weekly phone contact where we discuss how you are doing and zoom in on what you need. In addition, together we review your kept food diary and agree on what you can adjust (15-30 minutes)
  • Consultation after 6 weeks to discuss progress (30 minutes, live or online)
  • Final evaluation after 12 weeks (30 minutes, live or online)
