How can I place my order?
1. Shop | Place all desired products in your shopping cart. Next, go to your SHOPPING BAG.
2. Shopping bag | Check your order to make sure everything is correct. Then click CHECK OUT.
3. Data | Enter your personal data here and click on SELECT SEND METHOD.
4. Shipping Method | Check your shipping method here and then click on SELECT PAYMENT METHOD.
5. Payment method | Choose which payment method you wish to use here and then click CANCEL.
You will receive an order confirmation in your mailbox as soon as the payment is made. Once we are preparing your order you will also receive a shipping confirmation. This will tell you when to expect your package
If the product is in stock we try to ship your order the same day. Should the product need to be backordered, we generally ship it within 3 to 4 days. You can see stock status in the shop.
Please note; around the Holidays (Christmas, et cetera) keep in mind extra long delivery time due to the large crowds of delivery companies such as PostNL.
If your order includes a product on backorder, we will ship the entire order when it is back in stock.

Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in this your order number, the products being returned and the reason for return. Want to exchange a product? Please include this in your return notification. We will reserve the product for you if in stock and resend upon receipt of return.

If the product meets our conditions, we will proceed to refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs we paid. Once we receive your order, we will make sure you receive a credit memo within 14 business days and the money will be refunded to the account used to pay.
What are the return conditions?
- The item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt
- Items must be in original condition including packaging
- Items must not have been used
- Any gifts should also be returned, then we can make someone else happy again:-)
Can I return my order at one of the salons?
Yes of course! You may return your order at any of the locations. Send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please include in this your order number and that you wish to return the order to one of the stores. It is convenient to make an appointment for this, as we are of course sometimes engaged in treatment. Please note that we do not issue refunds, but will refund the money within 14 days to the account used to pay.
What are the charges for returns?
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost depends on the shipping method you choose. Regular parcel post from PostNL is €6.95. Without proof of shipment with Track & Trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.
