Kenko is derived from the Japanese word health. Japanese culture, its way of life and approach to nature is an inspiration to me.
All products are lovingly made in the Netherlands:
-The packaging is made from 100% recycled plastic and the boxes are made from agricultural waste. Leaves and stems left over from the harvest are processed into raw material for paper and cardboard.
-A portion of the proceeds will go to the MommaLuv Foundation, which connects expectant mothers in Europe with expectant mothers in a developing country. By doing so, you contribute to a good first start for a new mother and newborn baby in a developing country.
-The two special Kenko fragrances are handmade in the Netherlands.
Kenko deliberately chooses fragrance because it also contributes to the experience, while staying away from potentially allergenic fragrances. They have deliberately chosen very low doses in all products to avoid possible reactions.
